Steve Martin and Martin Short Netflix Special (2018)

When I was young, old guys like Bob Hope would do meandering specials like this. I'd watch them and find them fairly funny but think, "What am I missing?" I get it now.

Inside Out (2015)

Bob's Burgers - Season 6

Like every Bob's Burgers season, it's lovable and low-key, and loads the end of the season with too much filler.

Aristotle - On Interpretation

My basic takeaway from this is that not every not-man is not not just.

Politics - Aristotle

Good thing I read this or else I might have learned to play the flute like some kind of sick degenerate.

Schitt's Creek - Season One

This one starts out badly. The cast is perfect but the characters are unlikable. There are solid jokes, but the stories are clichéd. As the season goes on, though, the writers start sanding down the edges, and by the end it starts looking like a decent show.

Aristotle - Categories
Aristotle and the Personification of Dialectic, Andrea di Bonaiuto (1365)

What is there to say about this one? It probably seemed like an extremely good idea at the time, and it inspired people for the better for over a thousand years. But, in the modern world, it seems like more of a historical curiosity than something that's interesting in itself.

The 'Burbs (1989)

It's a silly 80s comedy. The jokes are mildly funny, the plot is full of holes and loose threads, and Corey Feldman is hanging around for no obvious reason.

Ricky Gervais: Humanity (2018)

It's not bad, in spite of the fact that half of it is just him complaining about Twitter.
